We offer free shipping within Australia for orders over AUD60.

In the event your package is returned to us due to address error, you will receive store credit, excluding any shipping fees. 

Please double-check your address for accuracy.  

 

For lost, delayed or damaged packages, proof will be required, and store credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

For international orders, we rely on the reliable Pack and Send Service, which has successfully delivered to all our customers from the start. 

So far they have shipped items from us to locations like Mt Hagen, Lae, Goroka and Port Moresby. 

While we do not cover customs fee, it is unlikely you will need to pay unless your purchase exceeds AUD1000.
